Funding Brokerage Services
Central Street Lending acts as a commercial financing broker. We connect business applicants with a network of third-party lenders and funding partners. We do not directly fund transactions, and we make no guarantee that any application will result in funding approval. All funding decisions are made solely by our funding partners based on their individual underwriting criteria.
Not a Lender
Central Street Lending is not a bank, financial institution, or direct lender. We do not provide banking services, accept deposits, or issue securities. Our services are limited to facilitating connections between business owners and funding sources.
Merchant Processing Services
Our merchant processing services are provided in partnership with Worldwide Merchant Services. Merchant processing agreements are separate contracts between the merchant and the applicable processing provider. Central Street Lending serves as a referral partner and facilitator for these services.
No Guarantee of Approval or Terms
Submission of an application does not guarantee funding approval. Funding amounts, factor rates, interest rates, repayment terms, and other offer details are determined exclusively by the applicable funding partner and are subject to change. Any estimates or projections provided by our representatives are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a commitment to fund.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and a legal adult in your jurisdiction
- You are a duly authorized representative of the business entity you are applying on behalf of
- The business is legally operating in the United States
- All information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading
- You are not submitting an application for a prohibited or illegal business purpose
4. Application and Information Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you provide to Central Street Lending, including on any funding application, business documents, bank statements, and identification. Providing false or misleading information may constitute fraud and may result in:
- Immediate disqualification from funding consideration
- Termination of any existing funding relationship
- Reporting to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities
- Civil and/or criminal liability
5. Fees and Compensation
Central Street Lending may receive compensation in the form of referral fees, broker commissions, or other consideration from funding partners and merchant processing providers when a transaction is successfully completed. This compensation is separate from any fees or costs charged by the funding partner directly to the merchant. We will disclose any fees that we charge directly to you prior to your signing any agreement.
6. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing on our website or provided by our representatives constitutes financial, legal, investment, tax, or accounting advice. All information provided is for general informational purposes only. We strongly encourage you to consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before entering into any funding agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the proprietary property of Central Street Lending or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO CENTRAL STREET LENDING IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL BE SECURE, FREE FROM VIRUSES, OR THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You and Central Street Lending each waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
